TIS (Transport Information System) is the platform that unifies ticket sales, payments, fiscalisation and road-transport management in Moldova in a single system, natively integrated with SIA MEV: the passenger scans a QR and pays by card or MIA, the cashier sells and issues the MEV receipt automatically, the operator sees revenue and occupancy in real time, and integrators get a REST API with OAuth2. The fiscal receipt is issued in 1.2 seconds, with zero fiscal hardware.
